There are many ways to seek help from us here at Wellspring. Pay out of pocket for your counselling sessions, and seek reimbursement from your EHB (Extended Healthcare Benefits) plan later, or claim as a healthcare expense tax deduction.

If you are NIHB eligible, or enrolled in the Teach for Canada EAP (Employee Assistance Plan), we have good news for you - your services are already covered.

Groups
Circle of Extraordinary Men

A close knit group of men who have been meeting together and offering each other mutual support for several years now, the Circle of Extraordinary Men (CEM) are men who identify as survivors of sexual abuse. This is a process-oriented group; each participant is allowed to share their story and seek mutual support from other men who have experienced similar traumas, triumphs and challenges.

Open to all adult male survivors of sexual abuse. Sliding fee scale.

In person

Biweekly sessions; 2 hours in duration
